James is the owner of Griffin Concierge and brings over 40 years of leadership experience in all areas of multi-location operations.  His direct experience in construction, service industries, hospitality, vendor management, security, transportation, and logistics allows him to deal will all the issues necessary to effectively lead his home services and lifestyle management company. He’s been serving high-caliber customers for decades and understands and expects outstanding quality care and customer service.

Lindsay Perry is responsible for Colorado operations and comes to Griffin Concierge with over 15 years’ experience in Hospitality, customer service, marketing and sales.  She’s got an eye for quality and demands nothing less of her entire team.  She has boundless energy and is an exceptional leader and communicator who maintains a “do whatever it takes” attitude. Her clients consistently commend her ability to manage multiple projects and multiple teams while executing everything flawlessly.  She’s driven for perfection and quality customer care.

She has a discerning eye, determining what needs to get done and more importantly “gets it done” efficiently, effectively and with the quality our clients deserve.
